When I was there, there were papers, scripts, drawings, etc EVERYWHERE. And the season hadn't even begun. I'm guessing that once things get going, stuff gets so chaotic that it's easy for a scriptiepoo to find its way out the door and onto the internet.

There's at least one animator from the show who posts there, and nall posts there too. I don't think nall would be doing the leaking...

Now, take a look at the kid in the first page of the leak. He's drawn to look as he would in the finished product, but that's not the way Trey first draws the characters. Just look at the storyboards from "Super Fun Time" and you'll know the leak is fake.

Did anyone read the sidenotes? Those aren't real. They're all ultra right wing. They're just making fun of the way the show is written.

Ok, I was in a hurry earlier and just quickly checked it out and thought "Whatever... real or not, I'll just wait for the next show". Only just now I read it through and it's pretty damn stupid. I really don't think they'd do something as... cheap? Especially when the last episode was a cliff-hanger and will HOPEFULLY be followed by a sequel instead of something like that...

I think it's a prank. There's a 'note' at the end of page two stating:

'What are Penn and Teller doing? How would they feel about this? (Call them later)'.

A quick a-googling later and you can also find the exact user name nyah. It's gaming and all that with a link to his live journal blog, wherein has has a link to the uploaded 'article' he did for Something Awful.

if its fake the person doing the parody knows enough about the show to make it look as convincing as hell. we're hardcore fans and none of us are sure. for those who think it isnt funny, we havent really seen any pre-air stuff before. perhaps this is the process they use to get to the funny. and its not animated or voiced yet. there were a couple parts that i thought were jibes at south parks gross-out factor, like having cartman cum in his pants and mccain shit his pants and splatter palin, but i dont see those things not happening in a south park episode. completely possible. there were also some notes that said stuff about "there hasnt been an action movie parody in it yet so far" i thought that might be a jibe too but it might be treys self-deprecating humor. the penn and teller note, i can also see them talking to their friends and getting their opinions. im not completely sold on the leaked scripts authenticity but i dont think it'll air either way. its a short little leak that matt and trey could easily plug by just not doing it. pandemic 2 is next week, then...if this script is real, we're in for quite the post-election obama bashing or mccain mashing. only time will tell.

I'm assuming it's fake, since I put "leaks" in quotes, which generally means it's a joke. But their "script" for Sith actually got it right on one of the characters shouting "Nooooo!". But then that was just dumb luck.
