This Week on South Park: More Crap

Stan's dad becomes South Park's home-town hero when the guys down at the
local bar see the size of his most recent crap.

A pic is up at the official. Dare I say, "Mr. Hankey?" thumbSanta.gif

I walked into a stall one time and I swear to God there was a kidney in that toilet. I'm not sure how the person was able to crap it out in one piece. It was like if someone crapped out a turd shaped like a grapefuit. I'll never forget that image. ewwww. I'm surprised there wasn't a dead body or a trail of blood.

Preview is up.

Hmmm, I don't know what to think just yet. Hopefully it's got another preview coming soon... saying more.

I hope what Southparkpike said was right, we have Mr. Hankey paying a early visit? biggrin.gif

...or a really late one. Old Hankey hasn't been around since season 6. Hopefully Kyle will get involved in all the crapping action.

I love it when Randy call's sharon. Something about makes me laugh.
Kitten
I love when he does that too. It's quite the male thing to do - call out to your girlfriend/partner to share your work and then to get the 'ugh, oh my god' reaction.

I wub.gif Randy.

This sounds funny/weird/strange all at the same time. I really don't know what to think of it. I'm sure they made it entertaining though, to say the least. smile.gif

My first reaction was to call this stupid, but I think this is the hardest i've ever laughed at a teaser video. Whether it's stupid or not, i'm sure it'll be funny.

My only complaint is that it's another Randy based episode. They're really starting to exhaust his character.

He's still my favorite b-character.

WHAAAT!! Randy kicks ass. That preview is one of the better ones I've ever seen. Fuck you guys again, I'm excited.

Randy is the best, reference to "The Losing Edge". tongue.gif

I hope we see the redneck, trashy and hilarious Randy in this.

has potential to be a really great episode

but I don't think Mr Hankey is going to be in it, they seem to be trying to get away from that sort of thing.

Kkkeeewwwlll. Crapping competition perhaps? Mr Hankey may or may not turn up but he did, he'd be an excellent Judge of superb crap!

Again Randy, so cool.

Kinda like how Cartman could turn out if he gets his act/shit together and meets the right Sharon/woman/boobs. thumbSanta.gif

Ain't there tons of crap of websites out there comparing crap pics and some such?

Wait, wait!!!
(I'm not on your left yet!!!)

So Guiness book is gonna be involved in this one then, if it is a world record keeping society, that's about the only one. I was kinda hoping he'd take a pic of it and send it into that website, Rate My Poo. If that showed up on the ep, I'd... well... I'd just have to shit myself!!!
Although I'd love to have a (much neglected) Shellie episode, who the fuck can ever get enough Randeh?!?!?

"Yes Randy, make love to me... please!!!"

I saw the commercial for 1109 on Comedy Central. Nothing new in it so I'm not gonna be encoding it.

PS: Youtube deleted all the video previews that were from SPS. Hmmm, conspiracy? tongue.gif

Haha. Definitely a conspiracy....I'm getting a major clue.

Yes, but you should have known this for a couple of months now: YouTube has been taking down copyrighted stuff for some time (think the "niggers" Wheel of Fortune clip from last Spring's "With Apologies to Jesse Jackson"). If they didn't delete them on their own, Viacom would have told them to take them down. It's back to good ol' avi, rm, or mpg, or mkv, for us now.

...yup, ToS violation.

It's bad enough that all links now lead to Japanese pages instead of English ones. mad.gif
Ray
The thing is, they leave my other clips alone. They only deleted the ones that originally came from SPS. So I'm getting a pretty big clue right now...

8/10

I love how the entire episode was just a reference to their emmy win. Randy was funny as usual, and Stan had a role after not having one in 1108. Pretty good overall, except for the Bono singing stuff, that was kind of lame.

Best part: Randy's crap at the end. I was on the floor laughing at the way he was rotating around it. sp-cartmanlaugh.gif
Ray
I don't think I've ever laughed so hard at a scene from South Park before. Randy taking his giant dump at the end of the episode was pure brilliance. The references to their recent Emmy award were fantastic and well placed. The Bono stuff was a bit off but I still found it quite funny. The only thing I have to say negative about the episode, was that they didn't pay off the fact that Women don't get crap jokes. Overall I thought it was a really good episode, it defiantly was reaching at some moments and had a "what the fuck are we doing" feeling. I'm just happy to see Matt and Trey write actual stories and not just parody current events.

4/5 stars
Brennan
Ehhh, it was an alright episode. Not like amazing. But not bad. I laughed a couple of times. I really loved the Bono digs. I hate that asshole.

Same here. I love Randy episodes, and they aren't the "best of the series" eps by any means, but they are always goofy/funny as hell.

Bono is a piece of shit. I would have said the exact same thing two nights ago. Enough with the goddamn-mother-fucking sunglasses; the thing that Bono isnt aware of, is that ALWAYS wearing sunglasses is only cool for the first 4 or 5 years, then you.......kind of........have to.......stop. And after 15 or 20 years of doing this, his coolness has, in fact, reached negative numbers. Ouch.
Cannibal Lover
Awesome episode. "He IS the record!", and Randy spinning out that giant crap at the end, plus the way they finished by putting the Emmy inside it, were great. Loved the Katie Couric reference too.

Goddamit!
I was so excited because i thought that for once i would be able to see the newest south park episode on tv when it aires, instead of downloading it from the Internet the next morning but seems like i fucked up the schedule then...i thought it aires at 10 but apparently it doesn't....? Awesome to see some "German" background there... Who do you think did Bonos voice?

Whoever did the voice for Gary in A Million Little Fibers. Interestingly enough, he has now provided the voices for an asshole, and a piece of shite.

OoooKaaaayyyy... Do my eyes deceive me???

I try not to read opinions about an ep that people have seen before I've seen it but did I see just the name BONO?!?!?

Oooooh must DL asap! If only I didn't have a job and other responsibilities and stuff that needs doing, etc I'd be able to DL it right now but...

Must. Be. Patient.
Kikkerking
Hey, this episode was pretty good! MUCH better than I expected.

They REALLY made the description confusing, but in the end the plot was awesome.
It had a good amount of funny jokes, and a nice thing that I noticed was when Stan and that guy drive around in Germany, the car-plate says "Eins" which literally means "one". tongue.gif And the Bono parody was brilliant too, just like Randy's final crap. I give this episode a rating of 9.5/10, mainly because the plot was immature yet funny, and greatly written. smile.gif
rongravy
Bono in the cowboy hat, and I also caught the Katy Couric digs. I fell asleep at the very end, so I gotta rewatch it a few million times...

It airs here at 9 pm, then at 11. I caught the 11, or most of it...
Kitten
IT WAS SUPERB!

Great OTT SP more traditional story line - Stan really gets what it is Randy wants to do despite the speech Randy gave saying it was the only thing he ever made that was any good. (Thanks Dad)

The Bono stuff was obviously, clearly, deffo amazing (to me!!! sp-cartmanlaugh.gif) but I loved the stuff about women not getting it.

It didn't need to be over-stated - women don't bleeding get it! - Sharon and news reader woman ( I guess Katie Couric) made that point. And the lovely moment of Sharon watching the news when the male news reader says (something like) '...could start a new war in the Middle East' (Oh no!)' but ... now a story about a huge CRAP... !

The ridiculous notion of a man giving birth to something 'important' he made (looking in wonder at the fetus/feces sonogram), the superb digs at the Emmy Award Winning Series moments, Bono with his crap and his Grammys in the b&w pic...

So much, sooo much!

Bono's voice was perfectly SP crappy - ie, not right or sounding anything Irish or Bono like. A bit like those hideous voices (I think) Trey did when Chef's folks were in Scotland all those many years ago.

Easy Bono - that hurts the biddy. He likes biddy. Sorry. Sir Bono likes the biddy.

Was the bar always called Skeeters Bar?

Nope, but it was loooong overdue for a name change. smile.gif It was just called "BAR" before.

Actually, it still has that sign hanging off the wall.

I was thinking this exact thought.

Glad to see you were able to DL the episode, Kitten.

I'm quite pleased with the momentum of the show thus far.

Not cool. LOL When I first saw that episode...I was eating. sp-cartmancry.gif sp-cartmanangry.gif

But now I'm gonna hear it I just know it.

I have one of those friends who is always saying that South Park is just either stupid fart jokes or picking on people they don't like because they can. And I'm always using "Mr Garrison's Fancy New Vagina" as an example of how each episode has a legitimate message behind all the crazy stuff but umm....I don't think that applies here. Hopefully he won't even see that episode.

But yea, funny as hell. The Emmy stuff was hilarious.

South Park makes No. 2 with P.F. Chang's

Nov. 12, 2007 12:57 PM

If anything, P.F. Chang's China Bistro has a sense of humor.

The Scottsdale-based restaurant chain took a starring role in a recent episode of Comedy Central's "South Park" - and it's not the first time.

In an episode titled "More Crap," Randy Marsh (Stan's dad) takes what could be biggest 'Number 2" in the history of the world. He must convince a European society, which officially tracks such records, to recognize the effort.

P.F. Chang's was given as the reason for Marsh's constipation.

This wouldn't seem to exactly be uplifting publicity for an eatery known for its annual Rock 'n' Roll Arizona Marathon and ½ Marathon.

The Buzz called restaurant spokeswoman Laura Cherry hoping she was in a good mood. She laughed when asked about the South Park/P.F. Chang's connection.

She's seen the "More Crap" episode in Season 11.

"It's the third or fourth time. We've appeared in many of their episodes," she said. "Their studio is near one of our restaurants in California, so they're frequent diners of ours."

Although constipation and fast-casual dining aren't complimentary phrases, a mention on South Park is powerful branding. It remains the highest-rated series on Comedy Central, a network seen in more than 91 million homes in the United States.

A Comedy Central spokeswoman said co-creators and executive producers Trey Parker and Matt Stone "have no bad experiences with P.F. Chang's to report and in fact "they love the food."

Parker's apparently loves the Chang's Spicy Chicken and always "eats too much of it" when he orders.

Hopefully, he's not confined to the bathroom for longer than normal.
tuhinal
laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif ph34r.gif

Well, don't most of their episode ideas come out of their experiences and stuff they discuss about. Probably that episode came out of experience as well.....

What kind of a place is P.F. Chang's anyway? Never heard of it.
southparkpike
It's like, an upscale Oriental place. It's pretty good.

I can remember Butters mentioning it as early as season 5. And Towelie was working there a few episodes back.
