Whatever he's doing, Im laying on the floor rolling around in bubbling mirthful ecstacy. Please discuss he or share your own art...?
(needs another episode of his own, or a spinoff show!)

You should get the Mr. Wong DVD. It's pretty much the same character.

I did say "discuss he" so any feedback will do. He is THE SHIT.

Who is this Mr. Wong? Is it voiced and breathed life into by Trey as well? If NO was answered to any of these questions, then I will but not with nearly as much enthusiasm as I would with Mr. CWG. Loved those emoticons too as well as Wart's. I just dont think he gets the love he should. What about at least a Miscellaneous "other characters" hour, with some T&P and Russell Crowe (fightin' around the world) thrown in there as well. Im sure it would go over like gangbusters.

This is
Mr. WongIt featured Pam Brady and Kyle McCullough, two writers from South Park. Trey was not involved.
From my SP Timeline
July 5, 2000 - Over at
Icebox.com there is an online cartoon called "Mr. Wong" which has been created, written, and voiced by two South Park staffers, Pam Brady and Kyle McCullogh. Trey and Matt may have trouble getting their material on the Web, but these other two have been on Icebox for at least a month now.

That was great, I watched all of em. But I still want THIS guy, though somewhat similar, Mr. Wong "racka disciprine." City Wok is a phenomena all to itself. A nirvana if you will, to be explored deeper, delved, cherished...
For some odd reason my Shellie thread didnt get much love either...
Go figure.

Could the City Wok Guy be primed to be Chef's replacement? I bet he would try to croon for the boys in a feeble attempt to help diffuse the situation, whatever it may be. Might be a hoot and a holler. STILL would mean that there would NO LONGER be a Salisbury Steak day. Mostly just SHITTY cafeteria grub.

thats actually a logical replacement for chef, twong lou kim has played a way more significant role in the last few seasons than chef has.

For some reason, an image of Kim, the "rove you rong time" and ..then the word gravy for some reason just really makes me sick to my stomach.

I'm only reviving this sad auld thread cos I've just today (and at least 2 years late!!!) watched the Mr Wong series on Youtube. I really enjoyed it.
It's silly, fun, not super hilarious but it had good potential. I remember reading that is wasn't developed further cos it was deemed to be too eh, racialist - or something. Much channelling of Mr City Wok there - or vice versa.
I don't' see Our Heroes MnT's names on the project (not surprisingly) but in episodes three and four the voice of the Doc sounds very like a certain Mr Matt Stone - apparently, voiced by a 'Tom Peevee'. And the music is by someone called 'Fuzzbee Morse' - and it sounds a leetle bit like Mr Trey Parker's style - to me at least.
If ya don't know, t'was a project bourne out of silly phone-calls between Pam Brady and Kyle McCulloch and made into four (that I can find) short internet shorts. Tis sweet.

Never heard of that show before

I didn't really get what music sounded Trey Parker-ish, but I guess it must be the credits tune. Don't know about that but the Doc really DOES sound exactly likea certain Mr Matt. Almost too much. I buy it. Especially since Brady and Kyle are supposedly doing the other voices, wouldn't seem very far out to expect that it could actually be him.

Pam Brady and Kyle McCulloch voiced and wrote it.
There are more than the four eps I found. I'm watching 'Treasure Cat' now...

I wonder if there's a torrent up for it anywhere...
Anyway, shame on you for watching them on YouTube!
Watch two of the 14 Flash originals! Get the DVD! (I might just do that if it's still available.) National Lampoon is distributing it, heh.
