From the Comedy Central Press Release:

THE JAPANESE ARE KILLING DOLPHINS AND WHALES
IN AN ALL NEW "SOUTH PARK"
PREMIERING ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 28
AT 10:00 P.M. ON COMEDY CENTRAL

NEW YORK, October 26, 2009 – The Japanese are on a mad-hunt to kill all the world’s dolphins and whales in an all-new "South Park" titled, "Whale Whores," premiering on Wednesday, October 28 at 10:00 p.m. on COMEDY CENTRAL.

Stan and his family are spending his birthday at the Denver Aquarium where they will get to swim with the dolphins. Things turn bloody when the Japanese attack, kill all the dolphins and ruin Stan’s big day. There seems to be no end to the senseless killing. Stan takes on the cause to save the dolphins from the Japanese.

Haha (at the clip). Sweet. ^_^ Wonder if the whale-on-th'-moon makes a cameo.

Anyways, last night I dreamed that you and your friends (who I guess were just made-up girls) were BBQing me in your back yard in the summer. And it was like a 'Cannibal-Bikini-Blowout.' And the cooking device was a giant grill that I was shackled to, but my head hung off the edge, and you and your friends would rub your asses/pussies in my face to muffle my screams, and giggle madly and joyously.

It's insane how a "season" of South Park seems like it goes by in aboot 3 weeks. Oh well..... I'll take it.

One of my fav all-time lines (obscure as it is) is in the ep called 'Probably' where Trey opens it with,
"Previously on South Pa[h]k..." lol, he kills that line. Kills it.

Mehhhhh. It was funny, but the end was sort of stupid and surprisingly preachy for Matt and Trey

I agree with the "mehhh" but the ending made it worth it. It was preachy, but then it ended with a nice point. I haven't seen the show they were making fun of, so I didn't really get all of it.

Missed another alien. Oh well, guess I suck.

I'm not familiar with that show, so I couldn't make that connection. I took it more as a reference to the amount of beef and chicken we consume here in the States - the Japanese consume a lot of whale and dolphin, so Stan gave them "proof" that it was a cow and a chicken who bombed Hiroshima, thereby making them switch their prey and making them consume beef and chicken, just like we do, so they became... just like us.
