I remember Paramount announcing a new edition which, hopefully, included the extended scenes shown in the UK. Anyone know about it?

According to Matt, in last year's April 5 SPS Chat, there are no plans for a Special Edition of BLU. They have no deleted scenes, no documentary footage, and they really don't like to make commentaries (which is why we have minicommentaries now and not full-length commentaries). He said the same thing a month later in an interview with IGN. But if you have a way of grabbing the extended scenes to share with us, I'd like to see them. A torrent of the UK version would be even better.
If they're not available, then descriptions of those scenes will do. -------------------- Arrive alive.

The UK version is different? I've never heard that before. Now I MUST SEE IT.

OK--I've found and downloaded a different version. Is it the UK version? I don't know how to tell. It has a different screen--an active screen with Satan and fire--not at all like the American version. And it has "extras"--only the Brian Boitano video and the theatrical trailers. And it has subtitles for languages I don't know---squiggley letters that I don't understand, and well as English subtitles for the deaf. I kept the torrent thingy in case anyone is interested. What WHAT scenes are extended?

i seriously doubt that, it'd be cool but i think we'd have heard of that and seen the clips by now if it were true.
